Frequently asked questions

How do I book?

Best by WhatsApp message, or by phone call. There is no form. Tell us the treatment you want and the day that suits you.

Do I need a consultation first?

Yes. Every treatment starts with a conversation where we look at your skin and decide what to do. The final price is confirmed there too.

What if I cannot make it?

Let us know as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone, so the slot can go to someone else and we can find a new date. [CANCELLATION RULE – from Njomza]
